  • Who is eligible for Support Coordination under the NDIS?

    Not everyone gets Support Coordination in their plan. It's generally funded for people who need extra help to use their NDIS plan due to complex needs or significant disability. If you don’t have Support Coordination funding, I can assist you in trying to get it added to your plan.

  • What is NDIS Support Coordination?

  • Do I get to choose my Support Coordinator?

    Yes. If Support Coordination is funded in your plan, you can choose a provider that best suits your needs.

    Absolutely. We support people at any stage of their NDIS journey, even if you're midway through a plan and feeling stuck or confused.

  • How can I make sure I’m using my NDIS funding properly?

    We help you budget your funds so you don’t overspend or underuse them, and ensure they’re directed towards the services that meet your goals.

  • Can you help me prepare for my plan reassessment?

    Yes. We assist with gathering reports, evidence, and preparing for reviews so you have the best chance of receiving the right level of support.

  • What kind of NDIS training do you offer for parents and caregivers?

    We offer training to help you understand the NDIS, advocate for your child, prepare for reviews, and connect with quality therapists and services.

  • Is your parent training covered by NDIS?

    Yes, in most cases. Training that helps you build your capacity to support your child can be funded under “Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living” or “Carer Training.”
